Your choice
This policy covers pattestingcourse.org.uk, operated by Training Developments Scotland Limited trading as Skills Training Group. Cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, can save information on your device or read information from it.
Optional services are off until you choose to allow them. You can accept all available optional services, reject them, or choose Google Maps and Trustpilot reviews separately. Declining them does not stop you reading course details, viewing dates or contacting us.
Essential storage and security
Privacy preferences: we use a local-storage entry named pat-privacy-preferences-v1 to remember your choices in this browser. It contains the selected categories, preference version and time of your choice. It does not contain your name or enquiry. Your choice is valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. You can clear it earlier through your browser's site-data controls.
Form protection: Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the enquiry form to help prevent automated abuse. It checks browser and connection signals and provides a short-lived verification token. It is separate from optional maps and reviews, and cannot be turned off through those preference controls. If you cannot use the form, you can email or telephone us instead.
Cloudflare also processes the network information needed to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice and its information about security cookies. Blocking essential browser features may stop privacy settings or form verification from working.
Google Maps
Interactive venue maps load only after you allow Google Maps in Privacy settings or choose to load a map. That choice permits maps on this website until you change your preference or it expires.
When a map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google receives information such as your IP address, browser information and interactions with the map, and may read or set cookies. Its use and retention of this information can depend on your Google account and browser settings. Read Google's privacy policy and Google's cookie information.
If you leave maps off, venue addresses and links for directions remain available. Opening a directions link takes you to Google Maps outside this website.
Trustpilot reviews
The live review widget loads only after you allow Trustpilot reviews in Privacy settings or choose to show reviews. Your browser then connects to Trustpilot to retrieve the widget.
Trustpilot receives connection and device information and may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure its service. Cookie lifetimes and processing are controlled by Trustpilot and may vary. Read Trustpilot's privacy policy and cookie policy. You can keep the widget off and follow a link to read reviews on Trustpilot instead.
Analytics and advertising
We have not installed a separate visitor analytics service, Google Tag Manager or advertising pixels on this website. The optional providers described above handle their own service data. We will update this policy and the preference information before introducing our own analytics or advertising tracking.
Changing your preferences
Use Privacy settings in the footer at any time to review or change your choices. Turning off a provider removes its embedded content and stops it loading again on this site while your choice remains valid.
Changing your choice does not remove information already received by a provider or erase cookies on its domain. Use your browser's cookie and site-data controls, together with the provider's own privacy settings, to manage those. Clearing our site data means you will be asked to choose again; choices do not automatically carry over to another browser or device.
Other websites and contact
Course bookings take place on booking.skillstg.co.uk. Booking, payment and learning services have their own storage and privacy arrangements; your choices here do not set preferences on those sites.
For information about how we handle enquiries and your rights, read our privacy policy. Questions can be sent to info@skillstg.co.uk.
